I started machine knitting while my husband, Bill, was stationed in Japan in 1964. My first machine was a silver reed knitting machine. I presently use a Brother 965i knitting machine. We have been selling cone yarn in East Tennessee since 1986. Our web site is at http:// www.etsy.com/shop/stephaniesyarn

3/15 Acrylic Turtle Neck Sweater
I knit 2 Turtle Neck sweaters out of the 3/15 Acrylic using 1 strand and tension 8 on my knitting machine. The Rust Turtle Neck Sweater Hip Length has set in sleeves and the neck was ribbed at tension 7. The Turquoise Turtle Neck Sweater had a few changes the turtle neck was knit longer in order to pull up and cover the head. Also the turtle neck was knitted at a looser tension 9 making it closer to a cowl neck.
The Rust 3/15 Marl is a Round Neck Vest. All patterns are in our Stephanie's Mail-order Club Newsletter. We have the 3/15 Marl yarns listed at our web site and we have yarn sample cards you can purchase separately or they come with a club membership. Yarns can be found at our web site at http://www.sumi-soft.com/yarn/
