Deborah's Knitted Vests

Deborah's Machine Knitted Vests done on the Passap. However any machine with a ribber will knit tuck stitch pattern full needle rib.
Yarn use in the orange was a 2/17 Team acrylic yarn butterscotch and the red with a 3/15 acrylic marl yarn.

An insert was sewed to the back to create armholes and join together. Easy to knit.

Knitted Fingerless Glove

I have been knitting fingerless gloves. First I made plain stockinette stitch with a knit in thumb in a dark navy blue 2/24 acrylic yarn knit 2 strands. I purchased some sequined ribbon which I added for an accent.

  The second pair of fingerless gloves were a black novelty yarn, knit a using my lace carriage on the 965i Knitting machine with a knit in thumb. I accented the gloves with pearls.

The third fingerless gloves are a Victorian style vintage glove that are laced up in the front. I knit the top and bottom in dark navy blue and the body of the fingerless gloves in Kelly green 2/20 acrylic from our web site. I had to re-figure where to put the thumb in this pair as there was not a side seam it was actually the opening down the front of the gloves.

The fourth pair of fingerless gloves have a knit in bracelet using chainette silver yarn and accented with beads.

New Vintage Hat Design

I have been playing around with a new hat design. I wanted it to look rather vintage in style. I added pearls to the flower on the side and the other hat I added some jewelry pieces. What do you think of my design? I knit it on the standard machine. the garter stitches I knit with the garter carriage however you can turn your knitting either with a garter bar or take off your knit onto double pointed  or circular knitting needles and turn placing knitting back up on the machine. Warm Hats and Scarves machine knitting

I knit these hats and scarves on my Brother-Knitking knitting machine. When knitting with 2/24 or 1/12 acrylic I knit using 2 strands. The Hat was at tension 7 and the scarves were knit full needle rib so I used tension 4/4 or 5/5 depending on the yarn. When knitting with 2/17 acrylic I knit one strand tension7.
